Xylanase
1. Production introduction
Xylanase is a class of enzymes that degrade the β-1,4 xylose glycosidic bond in the xylan molecule by endocytosis. Fungal xylanase FG products are complex composite enzyme products (containing endoglucanase, exoglucanase, cellobiose enzyme), the main enzymes are xylanase for hydrolyzing hemicellulosic substrates such as xylan, mannan, dextran and other polysaccharides, the hydrolysis effect has been strengthened due to the multiple enzyme composite system, which can then decompose, for example, cellulose, lichens polysaccharide tessellated mosses, arabinoxylan, gums and other difficult to decompose Polysaccharides. The principle is to decompose long-chain macromolecular saccharides that are difficult to be degraded into short-chain monosaccharides by means of endonucleating and exonucleating enzymes.
