Isepamicin

1. Product introduction

Isepamicin is an aminoglycoside drug belonging to the class of antibiotics, similar to other aminoglycosides, its antibacterial mechanism of action is to inhibit bacterial protein synthesis through the action of ribosomes in the body of the bacteria, and to destroy the integrity of the bacterial cell membrane, resulting in the destruction of the bacterial cell membrane and cell death. Isepamicin is characterized by its antibacterial activity against some gentamicin-resistant strains of bacteria due to the presence of isosceliacyl which strengthens the stability of the passivating enzymes of various aminoglycosides.
