Tigecycline

1. Product introduction

　　Tigecycline is a new broad-spectrum active intravenous antibiotic that is also active against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and is the first drug in the glycyl tetracycline class. Tigecycline inhibits protein synthesis by binding to the bacterial 30S ribosomal subunit, inhibiting bacterial growth.
