　　As a new aminomethylcycline antibiotic, omadacycline not only covers the common pathogens of community-acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP) and acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI), but also exhibits good antimicrobial effects against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae (PRSP), ultra-broad-spectrum β-lactamase-producing (ESBL)-Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
