1. Production introduction

 

  Acid protease is refined from the excellent strain of Aspergillus niger by fermentation, it can effectively hydrolyze proteins under low PH conditions. It is widely used in alcohol and liquor industry which takes starch as raw material for the production in order to increase the rate of 0.25% wine, improve the fermentation speed; it can be used in the beer industry to effectively block the generation of diacetyl, shorten the maturation period of beer; it can be used in food processing to improve the flavor and quality of food, because it can improve the content of amino acids;it can be used in  leather processing to improve the coloring rate, handfeel and increase the gloss of fur.
