1. Production introduction

 

  Streptococcus lactis is a probiotic that can break down sugars to produce lactic acid and Nisin, grows partially anaerobically, and is tolerant to the acidic environment in the stomach. It maintains the normal flora balance of the intestinal tract in animals by biological antagonism, lowering the pH value, preventing and inhibiting the invasion and colonization of pathogens, and lowering harmful substances such as nitrite, ammonia, indole and fecal odorant.
