1. Production introduction
Polyglutamic acid is a water-soluble polymeric amino acid produced by microbial fermentation in nature, and its structure is a polymer in which the glutamic acid unit forms a peptide bond through the α-amino group and the γ-carboxy group. Polyglutamic acid is a non-toxic, environmentally and human friendly polypolymer and is one of the typical representatives of biopolymers with the most active research.
