I. Product introduction

 

  Xanthan Gum is a high molecular weight natural carbohydrate, a widely used microbial extracellular acidic heteropolysaccharide produced by the aerobic fermentation of Xanthomonas Campestris, the black rot of kale. It is a water-soluble polysaccharide gum obtained by fermentation and extraction with corn starch as the main raw material. It has special thickening, suspending and emulsifying effects, and at the same time, it has the properties of resistance to acid, alkali, salt, shear and high temperature, and it is widely used in more than 20 industries such as food processing, oil drilling, environmental protection, textile printing and dyeing, daily-use chemical industry, pesticide and so on, and its application fields are still under rapid development.
